a romantic seaside escape

attentive staff delicious food spacious suite perfect location

The staff were attentive , especially mr prabhakar and mr sachin from housekeeping, they ensured our room was always immaculate. the restaurant offered delicious food, and the service was consistently wonderful. I especially enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet. our room was upgraded to an executive suite.. it was spacious and included every amenity we needed. the location proved perfect, very close to marine drive, so exploring felt effortless.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i thought made-to-order dosa was especially amazing. rajan was always prompt and attentive.

i found the reception staff uncooperative. they gave me a room of 325 sqr feet. they seemed angry when i requested what i booked.

smoke smell missing items

the room had a decent view of the bay. unfortunately it smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking room i think they need to use air freshener more often. also at breakfast it was hard to get everything needed for a place setting. i had to eat yogurt with a fork sometimes since it was just easier than waiting

I booked the Sea Facing room, 1 Double bed. The room overlooked the water. I appreciated how clean everything was. Amit from housekeeping kept the room in PERFECT condition.

The breakfast area gets a bit crowded sometimes..
